		<description>Many thanks for this!  I am on my way to burn-out and it is so refreshing to see the first article for a long time that doesn&#039;t recommend multi-tasking as the way to succeed, especially for us women for whom this is supposed to be our strength!  I will try to relax and follow the advice given.</description>
